Another mimic attracted to death, the barrow mimic doesn't always hang out with zombies. But when it does, it's at its happiest. Taking the form of a wheelbarrow, the monstrosity first came to this form around grave diggers using such instruments to move mounds of the infected dead. More than a few of those dead didn't stay still. It was hit-and-miss for the mimic until it figured out how to infuse and then use necrotic energy for itself. Now, it always has someone to wheel it around.

Shapechanger.
The mimic can use its action to polymorph into a wheel barrow or back into its true, amorphous form. Its statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.Adhesive (Object Form Only).
The mimic adheres to anything that touches it. A Huge or smaller creature adhered to the mimic is also grappled by it (escape DC 14). Ability checks made to escape this grapple have disadvantage.False Appearance (Object Form Only).

The target must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or its hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.
A humanoid slain by this attack rises 24 hours later as a zombie friendly to the mimic, unless the humanoid is restored to life or its body is destroyed.
